James M. Milligan, Jr. was born in Quincy, Massachusetts in 1973. He is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and the Federal District Court of Massachusetts. Mr. Milligan graduated from Allegheny College with a B.A. in Political Science and from Massachusetts School of Law with Juris Doctor Degree. At Massachusetts School of Law, he was a member of Law Review.
Mr. Milligan has been in private practice since 1998. He is a trial lawyer concentrating in drunk driving defense.
Prior to private practice in 1998, he prosecuted cases for the Plymouth County District Attorney's Office.
Mr. Milligan is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Massachusetts Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

James P. Geraghty is a graduate of the New England School of Law (1997) where he was a member of the Dean's List. He served as an Assistant District Attorney in Plymouth County for five years before entering private practice. His practice is concentrated in the defense of individuals charged with Operating Under the Influence (DWI, DUI) and other related criminal matters.
Mr. Geraghty has tried over seventy-five jury trials where the charge was Operating Under the Influence or Motor Vehicle Homicide. Since joining Jones & Milligan, Mr. Geraghty has defended individuals charged with Operating Under the Influence in over 25 courts throughout the state.
In addition to his extensive criminal trial experience, Mr. Geraghty is a member of the National College for DUI Defense, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Daniel J. Najarian is a 1998 graduate of Boston College and a 2001 graduate of Suffolk University Law School where he graduated with honors. Attorney Najarian is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Prior to entering private practice, Attorney Najarian was an Assistant District Attorney in Middlesex County. His practice is concentrated in the defense of people charged with operating under the influence (OUI/DWI/DUI) and other criminal matters. In addition, Attorney Najarian is a member of National College of DUI Defense, Inc.
