I am dedicated to the defense of persons charged with OUI in Massachusetts (OUI, DWI, DUI). My firm successfully defends individuals accused of OUI in all counties within Massachusetts. While concentrating in defending OUI cases in Massachusetts, we also help people with other criminal matters, including motor vehicle homicides. Additionally, we are Handle Registry of Motor Vehicle appeals and hearings that are related to Massachusetts OUI cases.

We handle over 150 drunk driving OUI cases a year in Massachusetts. We successfully resolve a very high percentage of our Massachusetts OUI cases. As a former prosecutor, I am uniquely experienced in handling every aspect of your Massachusetts OUI case.

Mr. Jones has successfully defended over 1000 Massachusetts OUI cases. Mr. Jones is a former prosecutor and is now a nationally recognized OUI lawyer. He authored the Massachusetts Practice Series volume on Drunk Driving Defense for Thomson West Publishing which is designed to help Massachusetts OUI lawyers. He has appeared on the Today Show, MSNBC, Chronicle, Inside Edition and the Discovery Channel. Certain high profile Massachusetts OUI cases of Mr. Jones have been carried on both the local and network news. He has chaired the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) seminars for lawyers on Massachusetts OUI cases and he lectures nationally to other OUI lawyers for both the National College for DUI Defense and NACDL. Mr. Jones has lectured on the subject of courtroom testimony at the FBI Academy. His practice is concentrated in the defense of individuals charged with Operating under the Influence (OUI, DUI, DWI) and related matters. Mr. Jones was elected to the Board of Regents of the National College for DUI Defense in 2003. He serves on the DUI Committee for the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Mr. Jones is Board Certified in DUI Defense.

*The American Bar Association has approved DUI Defense as a Board Certification Specialty. The certifying organization is the National College for DUI Defense. The National College for DUI Defense is a private organization whose standards for certification are not regulated by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
